F) Accommodations

The WCRA would be happy to cover all your nights accommodation costs providing four people share a room, or half the accommodation costs if two people share a room. For those sharing two per room, you will be required to pay the hotel up front. We will reimburse you by cheque for 50% of the cost during the weekend. Would you prefer accommodations for:
- 2 people
- 4 people

If you select "2 People above", you *MUST* provide the name of someone you want to share your room with, and they *MUST* register also so that we can properly book the hotel. If this information is not provided, you will be put in a room of four.

Please note, all rooms by default will be non-smoking. Please note in the comments section below if you require a smoking room.
