Contingency Program Agreement

WCRA is pleased to announce the offering of a contingency program from Yokohama Tire (Canada) Inc. for the regional rally season of 2003. With this program, WCRA and Yokohama hope to increase the awareness of the motor sport of rallying in BC and to promote the quality of the products from Yokohama. Below are the general contingency arrangements.

Bill Westhead is the assigned WCRA administrator of this program - Bill will be in contact with you if you are the winner of the awards. Enquires to [email protected].
!!! If you are a tire winner, Bill will contact you via email or phone (after the event) to verify and authorize you to contact Yokohama to claim your prize and arrange for delivery of these tires (delivery to location of your choice - preferably Specialty Subaru)
!!! If you are a rebate certificate winner, Bill will contact you via email or phone to arrange for delivery of the rebate certificates to you.
!!! All rebate certificates are EXCLUSIVELY redeemable at Specialty Subaru located at 1235 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC V7P 1T3.
!!! Tire winners and Rebate certificates are applicable to all Yokohama products with the exception of Truck & Bus and Industrial tires.
!!! All rebate certificates should be redeemed within a reasonable time frame. Please do not wait a year to redeem your rebate certificates.

ELIGIBILITY

!!! Eligibility for this program are: current Full Member of WCRA in good standing, must bear Yokohama Windshield Banner throughout event, no other tire manufacturer decals can be displayed on vehicle and you must be of sane body and mind and have read this program from end-to-end.
!!! Eligibility for draw of rebate certificate in this program are: current Full Member of WCRA in good standing, must bear Yokohama Windshield Banner throughout event, no other tire manufacturer decals can be displayed on vehicle and have not won any other awards in the current event.
!!! Eligibility for draw of Yokohama promotional items are: have not won any other awards in the current event, participated in the current event as a competitor, volunteer and/or worker.
!!! If there are less than 2 vehicles in one class at an event, these classes may be combined at the discretion of the organizers of the current event.
