| All Rallies in BC are sanctioned
by the Rally Pacific Motorsports Association (RPM).
RPM is the British Columbia regional sanctioning body of the Canadian Association of Rallysport (CARS). CARS is the Canadian ASN for the FIA with respect to Rallysport. That means that CARS is the official sanctioning body for Rallies in Canada, and RPM is the sub-organization of CARS that is the official sanctioning body for Rallies held in BC. CARS 2002 license application There are several other CARS clubs in Canada, all of which run their own regional events. Regional organizations also run some events that are sanctioned as CARS national events, which make them part of the CARS national championship series.That series also includes television covereage as well as several regional series (run by regional sanctioning bodies). RPM publishes a newsletter "Airtime"
for members of RPM (color edition),
IRC, and WCRA. |
