June 6th, Mt. Seymour, North Vancouver organized by Paul Westwick, Patrick Richard, Leszek Brykajlo, Marek Kik, Jason Lane and Andrew Dobric with the help of Kyle Miller and his car, Fred Weidemann and his car.

Top parking lot - Mt Seymour - 2pm to 5pm

" The pre-event event--the workers orientation will be held on the top parking lot on Mt. Seymour on Sunday afternoon, June 3rd from 2 pm until about 5 pm. Mt Seymour can be cold and windy in June and rain can quickly turn to sleet up there.

We will go over the basics--Patrick will do a general orientation, we'll talk about safety and emergency procedures and discuss timing, filling in time cards, etc. We'll also set up several controls, show you how to set them up, and you can practise starts, flying finishes and using the FRS radios. The marshalls are in charge at a control.

You need to feel confident in your ability and knowledge before you are set down in the bush. Come with your questions and come to have some fun and met a few of the people you will be hanging around with on June 16th.
